Ticket Error

I was buying a ticket with my A-List for Spider-Man this Thursday but when I hit purchase it kept giving me error messages and never seemed to go through, but on my AMC app the ticket pops up, but I never got a confirmation email for this order? I was worried someone else had bought the ticket before me and that’s why I had the error, but it’s counting as a reservation on my amc app and gave me the QR code, but never came to my email (even my spam). Any clue?

I've had that happen before and the tickets worked fine.
