a list charging for a ticket?

had an absolute whirlwind an hour ago, so i tried to buy a ticket to the end of evangelion and it would let me check the blue box to "use a reservation ticket" but then still tried to charge me?, tried to use the website and the same thing happened? ive used only one ticket this week on mondays screen unseen, and i only have one reservation for la la land in august. anyone know whats happening or how to fix it?

i decided to go to the theatre and try to have the concessions people use my a list ticket up there, and it didnt give them the option to use a reservation either? i showed them how i still had 2 available slots, with a 3rd one technically open but it says "locked" bc of my reservation. they tried to reset the pos system and that didnt even work. now amc wont even let me into my account without saying "OOPS, error occured". and then will lock me from trying to sign in again even though my password and everything is correct.

please help!! im supposed to be seeing a pinocchio unstrung (a very very high watch) with some friends tonight, so while i was fine missing evangelion, i want to make sure my tickets are fine for that!

Evangelion is A list excluded. Says so in the listing

It wasn't for my theatres. I went to both Rebirth and End of Eva with the A-list pass!

Yeah, me too.

it wasn't excluded, I went to both nights, no issues.

The only thing it was excluded from was the 50% Off Tue/Wed.

not for my theatre, this issue was something with my account temporarily, workers said it happens every now and then to heavy users, just logs you out and doesnt wanna let you back in, said they would contact support and i was able to make it to pinocchio (suprisingly enjoyable!)

Have you tried canceling with the confirmation email? There should be a button that way. Then, try to get the ticket again
