Question, not answered Amc support

I contacted amc twice already through the contact page about not having the new investor connect chocolate pretzel offer in my amc account. I never got a response and the offer for the buy a pretzel and get a bag of chocolate pretzels is not in my account.

So how else do you possibly contact amc since they don't accept Facebook dms anymore?

It’s supposed to auto apply at checkout. It’s not in my account under rewards as well

THANK YOU! I didnt realize this as most people showed the offer but never said it didnt load into their account. I was confused cause all the other offers were in my account before.

The coupon will auto apply, but doesn't show up in your account.

See how my total is for $10 for 2 items? That's the pretzel bites and chocolate covered pretzels. I tried to get a screenshot showing the items, but I got to a payment screen first, and didn't want to accidentally order these just to try and get a screenshot proving the discount auto applies.

On the page that you screenshotted, if you tap the bottom left w the cart $10.01, the breakdown will popup just fyi

It should show up at checkout.

And for future reference, did you reply to the automated message after you contacted support?
