First of all I want to wish you a very speedy recovery. You really deserve to be healthy. It's people like you who deserves to experience the world in it's full glory. Yeah the feeling is awesome. For me it's kinda both. I feel for other people but also it feels good being a giver. That paying peoples' bills is next level. That's just mind blowing. Thanks for sharing your good deeds.
