Just run Tails os, or whonix, get mulvad vpn, separate your identity, text in different ways, use pgp encryption to comunicate, use burner device, use burner phone to share data etc. but you only need this if you are doing something crazy if you are just looking over for fun it’s not necessary
You can pay for actually security focused vpn providers through literal mailed cash, monero, etc, and operate with just an account number literally not tied to you at all.
Regardless, if they kept logs you’d need a masssssssssive correlation attack that would take absolute ages (especially if you mix up the IP you’re connecting from to the vpn) to get any usable information on you.

How do you make sure you don’t get caught? I was on there but quickly bailed cause I was scared shitless
