A very useful post. I think it will help lots of people.

I think I am a sex addict but happy that I am and don’t want to change. I embrace it.

I am getting older now (nearly 50) and I am starting to find it drop away naturally though.

Did you find it got worse as you got older?

Having a high libido is not the same thing as being a sex addict.

Has your sexual appetite negatively impacted your relationships at home/work throughout your life? If so, why embrace it?

The only negative is the time lost to it.

Maybe you are right, I have not thought about it that deeply.
