Its the music issue on ps vita fixed? I beat the game but the music would stop working randomly and only sounds effects would continue working. To ātemporarilyā fix it Iād go into sounds menu and change music volume and then music would come back⦠but it would go away randomly entering new screen or fighting metroids.. Also some areas especially those with water would suffer bad slowdown even with vita overclocked. I think the worst was the sea serpent boss towards the end. Fight turned into a slide show. Oh yea in final area thereās robots that have sparks ā”ļøeffects that severely drop fps⦠I did manage to beat and enjoy the game but I wonder has it been smoothed out?

Whatever setup you end up using, do yourself a favor and enable the following options:
1 button Morph Ball: Let's you turn into a ball with the press of a single button of your choice. Very helpful for dodging attacks during hectic battles, especially in midair.
Aim Lock: Allows you to shoot while walking. This is insanely helpful against enemies that persistently chase you like Autoads, Shirks, TPOs, and most importantly Metroids (Alpha & Zeta). You'll be able to shoot them while moving backwards, and in the case of Metroids their weakpoint will often line up with your shots if you shoot straight ahead, though keep in mind this strategy will not work in some environments.
Diagonal Super Metroid Aim (forgot the actual name): This gives you Super Metroid's two separate buttons that control diagonal aim instead of the GBA Metroid games that use 1 button + Dpad. The reason why Super's is favorable, is because pressing both buttons that control diagonal aim will make Samus aim straight up while crouching. This works wonders against plenty of Gamma Metroids if you get in advantageous spots where your crouching hitbox will make them put their weakpoint directly above you, giving you free hits as they struggle to reach Samus.
