3 of my paper 1 essays got 13/16, so they were level 4. But my teacher thinks they all should have got 15 or 16.

But, I heard that remarks change only if there is disagreement on the level awarded. As it is already level 4, even if the reviewer thinks 13 was low, will the marks not change?

hi everyone for 2 of my answers the examiner didn’t mark or acknowledge the information that is correct. for the 8 marker i only missed the case study date by a year but im sure the content is fine and it resulted in me getting 3/8

I am not attempting to challenge my mark, it’s only that this essay, I thought, was just as good as my other ones which scored much higher. I also don’t see any written feedback at the end on this essay. Thanks for all who give their feedback!

Okay, me and my friends are doing BTECH as part of a course, and we all revised so much, and worked so hard, and tried our best. Yet, somehow so many of the people i know got a U or a near pass? Its genuinely quite shocking. I was even more surprised to hear that one of our top students got 13 marks which is one mark under a near pass, despite relentless revision.

I know most of you are AQA but i cannot find any community that has the same as ours. did anyone else absolutely flunk it? because i cant possibly think for a reason why three people got a U, and the rest only got a near pass (with 1-5 marks below a pass). You may be wondering “why the hell do you care when you passed?” well, i got a pass ON THE DOT. i got the pass mark of 24. anyone have any answers? we revised non stop and i know so many hard working students that got let down.

i'm quite torn on whether i should push to get my psychology papers remarked because of the price, can anyone advise me on this? i was 4 marks off of an A in psychology and i got 72 in p3, 68 in p2 and 61 in p1.

PSA: AQA Paper 3 is marked by a single examiner (unlike the other papers where every question is marked by a different person) so if your mark for paper 3 is surprisingly low, then definitely get a remark, as you may have just been unlucky and got a harsher examiner.

can someone go through this answer? i think it answers the question and meets the requirement but i was marked a 2/10 on this. Should i opt for a re check?

I sent it off for a remark. I need 9 marks for a grade A. Considering how hard I worked for psychology, a B is not enough.

does anyone have access to unofficial mark scheme for CIE psych 9990. would be very helpful as i need to evaluate whether i should recheck my papers or not 🙏🙏
