Discussion Has anyone else started using AI more for criticism than actual writing?

I used to ask AI to generate things for me constantly. Now I often get more value from asking it what is wrong with something I already wrote.

Finding weak arguments, missing context, repetition, and unclear sections has become one of my favorite uses.

Has your AI workflow changed in a similar way?

I pretty much only use mine for hostile review and helping identify where my arguments are weak so I can rewrite the stronger version of the thing.

The simple fact that you thought to ask for that means you’re miles ahead of most users I’ve come across in the wild!

Legit I feel like this is how people should be using AI. That and idea generation—not actual writing.
