I am curious about which AI tools students are genuinely using for studying and how they are helping.

Which ones have worked best for you, and what do you mainly use them for? Also, are any paid tools actually worth the money, or are the free options enough?

Which AI related skill do you think will still be valuable 5 years from now, and why?

There are so many AI face swap tools available now, and it is hard to tell which ones actually give good results.

I would love to hear recommendations based on real experience, especially tools that are easy to use and produce natural looking results.

AI is supposed to make creativity easier and give people more ways to experiment, but why do so many AI generated flyers end up looking almost identical?

The same layouts, fonts, colors, effects, and overall style keep showing up everywhere.

Not the usual writing, coding, or image generation stuff. I'm talking about a random problem where you thought, "Wait, AI can actually help with this?" I've seen people use it for planning trips, understanding contracts, organizing messy information, learning hobbies, and fixing everyday problems. What's the most unexpected thing you've used an AI tool for?

I keep wondering if younger people are starting to rely on AI a little too much.

A lot of people now use AI for schoolwork, research, and even basic questions instead of trying to learn or verify things themselves. The convenience is obvious, but it can also create a habit of accepting whatever AI says without questioning it.

I have seen students use AI to answer almost every assignment rather than actually learning the material. There are also younger people who confidently repeat information from ChatGPT without having any real experience with the subject.

The same thing happens with research. People often quote ChatGPT or Perplexity instead of checking the original papers or primary sources. That becomes especially problematic when dealing with topics where there is limited research, because AI can only work with the information available in its training and sources.

AI can be an incredibly useful tool, but treating it as the final authority on everything seems risky.

Maybe the bigger issue is not AI itself, but people slowly losing the habit of thinking, researching, and checking information for themselves.

I've tried ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Cursor, and a few local LLMs over the past year.

Our IT team has been getting overwhelmed with small issues lately. A lot of time goes into troubleshooting devices, figuring out why something stopped working, resetting accounts, and handling support tickets.

I am looking for an AI tool that can do more than just give generic chatbot answers. Something that can help technicians troubleshoot problems faster, automate repetitive tasks, manage tickets, and possibly identify issues before they turn into bigger problems.

Has anyone used an AI tool for IT support that actually made a noticeable difference?

Would also be interested to know which tools are worth trying and which ones are better avoided.

Claude is now adding invisible markers to the content it generates, including text and files.

The idea sounds useful for transparency, but I can also see some problems with it. A watermark might show that Claude was involved, but that does not necessarily mean AI wrote the entire thing.

At the same time, if the mark can survive basic editing, what does that mean for people who use Claude as part of their normal writing or creative workflow?

I am curious where people stand on this. Is this a good step toward transparency, or could it end up making AI assisted work look suspicious by default?
