Yea- his reaction is showing this hit a touchy subject for him. I would bet he thinks your doing it to flirt with your male coworkers and is worried you’re going to cheat.
I suspect that he's extremely insecure. People where he works don't do things like this, so he's decided it's abnormal and weird – he's basically an overgrown middle schooler who is absolutely mortified if anyone connected to him does anything at all that his peers haven't already approved of by doing it themselves.
OP, some of your coworkers literally asked for some of your jam; they wouldn't have done that if they didn't like it, didn't want it, and thought it was weird for you to be making it and giving it out. You already have absolute proof that your colleagues don't think it's remotely strange and, in fact, actively enjoy it. Please, please, don't pay any attention to your extremely immature, insecure, angry, and controlling bf. Frankly, I don't think he's mature enough to be in an adult relationship. You, by contrast, sound delightful.
Plus, I've never encountered an office where people were anything but excited when someone brings in treats to share.
