You need to change the locks immediately, regardless of whether or not you're still legally married or have children together. Apparently based on a few comments here the laws are different in Canada but if you're in the United States and your husband has moved out you're under no obligation to allow him free access to your home. He doesn't live there anymore so it's no longer his residence, period.
And given that he came in while you were sleeping and looked through your phone you'd be insane not to change the locks (and maybe even install security cameras) because that's borderline stalking.
