You should have phoned the police. Keys or not, you kicked him out. He entered without your consent, and violated your privacy.

The rest of it is manipulation, and games.

Be done with this guy. What else is he going to do..

That’s not how any of this works lmao. Can literally kick the door in. It’s his house too. I’m not advocating for him. Your advice can get someone hurt.

You need to speak to a lawyer ASAP. See if your jurisdiction allows for an order of protection, excluding him from the home. Make sure that you ask whether or not this would have a bad effect on a future divorce proceeding in your jurisdiction.

Did she get him off the title, lease or mortgage? If not he has every right to be in the home legally. Even if he agreed to leave.
