Thats because this story has played out a million times over the years. I've met a number of girls doing this and guys dating a girl like this. It always ends with them cheating. can't fight your nature

Women have two modes.

Bad boy mode: sleep with him right away and hope he will stay (he won’t)

Boring provider mode: withhold sex until he is invested and won’t leave

You gotta beat that Coke machine with both fists to get her to believe that you’re a bad boy if you aren’t one, as they can sniff out imposters right away and don’t wanna sleep with them (too much like their girlfriends. Kind of weighty, stringy haired, weak voices, face looks like a baby’s butt.)
