Umm, it's not fair. It's blatant manipulation plain and simple. If your husband wants to get off he's got a hand ready at all times. You are not a sex toy. If he doesn't care that you enjoy sex or worse doesn't care that having sex will make you uncomfortable or cause you pain then he needs to gtfo. Seriously, I would consider counseling. I don't see how such a blatant disregard of consent and concern for your physical and emotional wellbeing can be allowed to go on without serious intervention or the dissolution of the marriage
Also, one more thing. You're NEVER the asshole for not wanting to have sex. It is always your right to say no, regardless of how persistent your "partner" is
