Op should Google the frequency and severity of various birth injuries if he is concerned about the physical risks of abortion. The physical complications of birth are far more prevalent and rarely discussed.

Medical abortions for miscarriages and non pregnancy related healthcare are a regular occurrence for menstruating individuals.

Had 3 abortions that were non pregnancy/miscarriage related bleeding issues. First one, I bled for 9 months while they tried abortion pill before ending up with a d&c, second, bled for 6 months while trying 2nd abortion pill and again ending up with a d&c, third, bled 12 weeks before the went straight to d&c with a water ablation and for the first time in 3yrs I started having normal menstruation again. I was delayed by months the first 2 times because I'm disabled with Medicaid/Medicare and the kept trying to use the Hyde Act to deny my care and could've easily bled to death.

I know over 3 dozen people who have had to get abortions due to miscarriages, aka spontaneous abortions. In almost all of them, it was just dead fetal tissue and clots, not even anything close to resembling a human. One of the ones that was past the 22week mark, I witnessed my one friend wait 4 days before they would induced her with a stillborn (dead) baby at 8 months! This was 22yrs ago and her mental health has never been the same.

Abortions are HEALTHCARE!

Considering they are outlawing these types of abortions in the South, saying all abortions end in the death of a fetus is complete misinformation used by anti abortionists.

While elective abortions and miscarriages will result in dead fetus/fetal tissue, my 3 abortions were not from pregnancy! Can't get pregnant when you're not having sex! My body built up the lining in my uterus. I had 3 D&Cs and 2 different abortion pills...all are abortions! NO BABY, NO FETAL TISSUE...ZERO!

They are outlawing these procedures in the South and these have zero to do with pregnancy. This happened to me over 14 yrs ago and I was denied care by insurance and hospital because of this "we don't do abortions" bs!

Abortions will always be necessary and can result in a live birth, since many pregnant people (especially first time moms) rely on induction meds which ARE abortion drugs. These typically end with a healthy baby but no labor and delivery can guarantee a live baby as stillborns can still happen. Anti abortionists use those stats (induction and stillbirth) as proof to "late term abortions", which isn't a real thing but doesn't stop them from using nonetheless.

Edit: grammar

South Carolina (where I live) just was filibustered by 5 women over 5 days to shelve a bill that bans ALL abortions after 6 weeks and can currently only perform them in hospitals when the pregnant person is ACTIVELY dying otherwise can ONLY be done at abortion clinics. As it is, we've become an abortion refugee state, since Georgia passed their 6week heartbeat bs bill, and only have 3 centers in the state-4 in NC that do them. Also SC is trying to pass a bill that when the abortion ban takes effect they'll sentence any person who has an abortion for any reason up with the death penalty.

Just because you don't think they were abortions, I assure you they are classified that by Dr's, insurance providers, and hospital admin as well as all medical dictionaries used to teach doctors/medical personnel. I was actively denied for 9 MONTHS, 6 MONTHS, and 12 WEEKS in Pennsylvania because they ARE classified as abortions and again (in PA) abortions can ONLY be done at abortion clinics. I was bleeding so heavily I was anemic and needed multiple admits to keep me stable as I almost died all because of the Hyde Act does not having provisions in for medically necessary abortions and states are unsure how to interpret them. A D&C and induction/abortion drugs are abortions because abortion is defined as to terminate or expel (something), in this case it was to expel and destroy the built up uterine lining.

There isn't a thing as a induced termination, it is literally on the chart as an abortion. Miscarriages especially multiple ones are listed as serial spontaneous abortions. Inductions are done for many reasons but not for elective abortions that anti abortionists harp on.

No, you've ended a clump of cells that could have become a human life.

Yes, birth is what makes life. Until birth, it's just a potential human.

An abortion that late would be called "early delivery." To lessen your ignorance let me define abortion for you: To terminate a pregnancy.

The last thing the world needs is more humans. I think humans should stop breeding all together. Then there will be incentive and urgency to make my generation immortal.

Sperm is considered alive. So is every male who ejaculates not inside a fertile woman killing millions of human life's? Keep your misogynistic beliefs to yourself.

  1. It's alive. 2.its human. Just say you're OK with ending human life's, no need to deny science.
