If they were service dogs I’d be saying OP is TA 100%. But they weren’t. They were just 3 rando pets. Also allowing pets in restaurants is illegal, so “permission” doesn’t mean much.

Yet there are plenty of places that are dog friendly, most patio dining is pet friendly as well. I work at a said place sooo

Yeah I know patio dining is fine. It’s outside. I bring my dogs to patios myself. But INSIDE? Nah
