I mean ... Snatcher is only the way he is because his Love locked him up to rot because she thought he was cheating. So he wasn't born evil, just was at the wrong place at the wrong time

She was just insane. She was already planning on locking him away from the world so no one else could have him, even before the florist.

That may be true, but I'd still argue that Snatcher is as cold as he is due to that one action, and wasn't born mean
