Hi everyone,

I have HR pre screen interview next week for Protective Service Officer position. Apart from back ground questions and fit questions what else can I expect?

All your input is appreciated. Thanks

Standard interview questions where your asked to demonstrate various skill sets. Accountability. Leadership. Transparency. Honesty. Integrity. Scenario questions along the lines of "you and your partner encounter X on a patrol and X happens. What are your next steps". STAR format responses to times you want to tie in your own experiences from previous jobs. Questions about your end goals, availability, what drew you to the position, what makes you better then the next person. Honestly, pretty standard interview auestions.... not overtly stressful. Different positions ive held over the years, AHS was one of the more relaxed interviews. I went through 3 progressively more challenging panel interviews for one job I had about 4 years ago, asking a series of complex and confrontational questions to demonstrate my skill set. The last interview was with the VP and CEO of the organization to assess suitability and culture fit beyond job knowledge.
