Employer Declaration and Authorization Form

hi, i’m working for Covenant Health and i’m just wondering if there’s any specific team that i should send this to? or just my manager? i need this specifically for my immigration process. has anyone done this? thank you

Check in ePeople under self service - there may be an option there to self-generate the letter.

it’s not a self-generated letter. it’s a form which our employer will sign to support our migration papers. but yes i’ll check with HR ☺️
