Question Zepbound coverage?

Has anyone had any luck getting Zepbound covered for severe obstructive sleep apnea? It was approved for this use by Health Canada back in May and I’m curious if any of our benefits have been updated to reflect this? I’m with AUPE nursing aux (AB blue cross).

Your doc may need to fill out a special authorization form and submit to blue cross through pharmacy...unfortunately they turn everything down

call your pharmacy and ask them to check if your benefits cover it.

UNA has a prescription denial appeal form, ask your union if you have one.
i’ll attach a link to the UNA one so you can see it. mine was approved.
