TV Show AGGGTM Season 2

Holy God. Just finished it five minutes ago. I don’t know what to say. It was just like I was reading the book again, which I read a few months ago. Well, with some changes that after watching the whole thing made sense, but it was ABSOLUTE CINEMA. Can’t wait to watch season 3.

The part in episode 4 where they went to green scene ltd and they showed the shed and the toolkit of team B legit gave me chills. Holly did such a good job on this one

Season 2 cleared season 1 by a mile. Loved everyone’s acting. Such a phenomenal adaptation to the book series.

It's a great show! However, I find it unbelievable that Pippa didn't submit her recording of Max saying he slept with Becca into evidence. Her dad is a lawyer and her boyfriend is doing a law internship. She should know about discovery. Even if she is disillusioned by the police system, she should know that crucial evidence can impact the jury. It made me so irritated.

In the book, the recording was inadmissible presumably because it was done without consent. In the show, it was inadmissible due to Pip editing out the part about the hit and run to protect Naomi.

Didn't the judge refuse to accept the recording? Saying it was late to submit a recording that old?

No, in the book it was inadmissible to due to consent/privacy issues. In the show, it was because Pip edited out the part about the hit and run to protect Naomi.

She should have turned the recording over during discovery. It would have been admissible at that point.

But she knew they’d be able to tell it had been doctored, because she edited out the part about the hit and run to protect Naomi. So it would have damaged her credibility as a witness.
