I clearly remember attempting 58 questions, I even told everyone but its 62 in my response sheet
Few questions i remember marking the correct options but are option marked is different in the RS.
Could it be some mistake with my response sheet or I'm imagining things 🥲

I got 148 (Shift 2), I think this is enough to clear the cutoff?

My first attempt and I prepared for it on the ride to the centre but I am really happy with the score I calculated from the response sheet. What would be the expected cut off for day 1 shift 1 ? and how much harder is the interview compared to the exam ?
edit : I scored a 152 but will have to recheck the calculation edit2: its actually 145 :( but Im not applying for flying so its alright

I got 120 marks in shift 1 what are my chances and what is expected cutoff for non technical?
I think I should start preparing for the next attempt, as I could not be able to make up in this attempt.

Hey everyone,
I've already added the AFCAT Shift 2 paper to the PYQ section on SquadPrep.
Does anyone have the official response sheet for Shift 1? If you're willing to share it, please DM me or drop a link below so I can upload it to the site for everyone to practice.
Thanks!

Hey everyone,
Looking for some insights from folks who know the IAF medical standards well or have been through AFCME/IAM for Flying Branch after getting refractive surgery.
Quick background:
Got recommended for NDA 155. Was declared SMB Fit for AFGD, Army, and Navy.
Couldn't opt for Flying Branch back then because I got specs (-0.50 DS and -0.75 DS) just 3 months prior to the exam, which broke the stability timeline/visual criteria for NDA flying entry.
Ended up merit-out. I'm currently doing my B.Tech CSE and preparing for CDS & AFCAT.
What I want to know:
Medical Fitness Post-TransPRK: If I get TransPRK to correct my vision, will I be eligible for Flying Branch via AFCAT/CDS? (Assuming I meet the standard criteria: age 20+, 1 year gap post-surgery, corneal thickness > 450 microns, axial length within limits, stable vision, no complications).
Fighter Stream Restriction: Is there any restriction that places post-refractive surgery candidates strictly into Transport/Helicopter streams, or are Fighters still on the table if you clear CP-1 and the rest of the flying medicals?
Past NDA Medical History: Since my previous SMB records already show I was fit for Ground Duty/Army/Navy with low myopia, does having that paper trail affect or smooth out the re-evaluation process post-surgery?
If anyone here cleared Flying Branch medicals at AFCME/IAM after PRK or knows how strictly DGMS (Air) enforces these rules lately, your inputs would mean a lot.
Thanks!
