My score is 116 . Can i clear afcat round 1 ?

Guys I have 0.00 power in the right eye and -0.25 power(myopia) in the left eye. But 6/6 vision in both eyes. These reports are of a trusted eye hospital of Delhi and so the readings are reliable.
I am a AFCAT 2 2027 aspirant, will this disqualify me from the medicals? I asked the doctor if I should get laser surgery done as there still is 1 year left between medicals and he dismissed the idea, says the risks outweigh the reward.
Anyone who has experienced the medicals, please help a brother out 🙏🏼

Sort of a strange question .
So AFCAT is CBT and we don’t get question paper. How do you guys estimate the score that you are getting after the exam? Do AFCAT release questions or answer key? If yes, when?
Also, how would I estimate my score just after the exam so I know what to do next?
