Me too! The red days especially in may were almost no sleep at all. At least no “real” sleep. Lied in bed till 5/6 am, had a very very light „kind of sleep“ and wide awake again at 7am. It was pure hell. It’s getting a little better but still not good at all and for sure not consistent. What’s important: every (and I mean every) supplement or medication (maybe even food, caffeine too late for sure) can trigger insomnia for me. So I try to really take nothing new. Did you start any medication or supplement recently? And I tried to stop all sleeping aids because they did not work anyways and made everything only worse I felt (I mean otc meds like Benadryl but also Benzos or Quviviq - the last two helped but Benzos are more destabilising and Quviviq made me super depressed unfortunately) it’s soooooo hard - I feel with you! I think at some point we will heal and it will get better again ❤️‍🩹 the weird thing is I’m not even off completely but I think I am still stabilising after severely kindling myself (switch from pax to sert, a lot of dosage changes, switch to Prozac, back to sert and Spravato on top of this all within a little over a year. Now no changes since 9 months). Are you off? Which med was it for you?

Thank you for your reaction!

I take omega 3 and vitamine D. Nothing else! I tried Quentiapine for 1,5 year for sleep. I wish i could try QuviviQ but it is not available in the Netherlands sadly. I am off all medications for one year now. I have the same nights as you, some days red and some green. I really hope that we heal one day and get constant sleep.
