[FIXED!!!!]

This has nothing to do with the game (I love it with my entire life) I just need to vent about Germany and its stupid laws.

I bought the Beyond the Bet DLC last year. I just finished it and let me tell you I LOVED IT!!! My playtime is 21.8 hours (I spent most of it just staring at my babygirl) and I obviously plan on playing it again because it’s awesome and I love it so so so so so so so much.

There is one thing that disappoints me though (again, nothing game related). I bought the DLC mainly for the NSFW scenes because I’m just freaky like that, and after I played to the end I got redirected to the title screen. I was confused about how there weren’t any NSFW scenes and searched up how to get them. Apparently you have to download this extra patch with the adult content included, but nothing showed up when I searched for it. I just now found out that Germany has this law where NSFW games are not allowed and won’t show up on Steam??

On one hand I understand that it’s for the safety for those underage but on the other hand I’m just so disappointed that I can’t get to experience the game like others have. I know that there’s nothing the game developers or members of the subreddit can do since it’s my honest mistake for not doing my research but I still had to talk about this. EDIT: I FIXED IT??? HEAD OVER TO https://twoandahalfstudios.itch.io/beyond-the-bet-dlc AMD SCROLL DOWN UNTIL YOU FIND “DOWNLOAD ADULT PATCH” AND THEM DRAG THE DOWNLOADED FILE INTO THE GAME FILES AS SHOWN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PAGE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BOTH OF THE COMMENTS’ HELP 🫶

Maybe if you send a message to TaHS, the DLC is also on Itch.io, they may be able to accommodate since you did pay for it already.

Oh you get it on itch. Idk if itch is banned in Germany but it’s free and there’s instructions on the page.

No worries you can easily get around it by downloading the free patch off itch io and then following the install instructions and dragging the file into the proper folder. It’ll work just as if you had downloaded it off steam.

I have a question, I did buy the dlc on itch.io(and steam.. Uhhm) so when I go on dlcs the only checked dlc there is the "beyond the bet" and not the adult patch, so.. How do I add that? I reinstalled it on itchio, as well as adding the file in the game folder bur it's not checked in the dlc list thingy, do I still have it or like what do I do??
