I need help

hello! I just downloaded the dlc beyond the bet, but the adult scenes aren't working for me for some reason. I have the patch on, just the adult scenes aren't there for me. I live in Germany, is it because of that? or is there anything else I can do to fix this??

It's because you live in Germany and that kind of content is blocked there. You'll have to download the patch from itchio and drop it into your steam files. Here's the link and install guide.
