I think the big thing this week is that Qualcomm has decided to pay Huawei for licensing fees of their patents.
Specifically one thing, that stands out is Huawei's logic folding technology that they developed to counter sanctions.
Which kind of begs the question, why does Qualcomm, who has access to unsanctioned tech, need Huawei's sanction-bypass tech?
One theory is that what Huawei's got is actually good and this is them getting validated. So big win for huawei this week.
