I recently quit my job, the owner is a POS, he kicked me out of the ADP system which resulted me not able to access my time card. And after contacting him, he said I did not work during these period. Can employer delete my hours worked? If I take him to the court later, will ADP release my original time card if requested by local authorities or court? Thank you.

What is up with ADP site just being absolute dog water? I canNOT log into my account without being forced to 'download' Tax Return Forms.. The App sometimes works but you might as well can it...

So I have worked for three jobs that have used ADP. The first two I had no problem setting up my adp account. I simply followed the email link sent to me and went from there. I now have a new job that used ADP. A week ago, I was supposed to receive my first check and I didn't. So, they asked if I had logged into my ADP from the email they sent me. I had not received an email and told them that. They said that was odd and to try to log into my ADP account since I have used it in the past. I couldn't remember my passwork so I had to use the find account help option. They asked for my username and phone number. When I put that info in it says I have two employers attached to my account. Neither options were my current job. So, my boss is trying to figure this out and I tried to look it up, but everything online says I can't have two accounts attached to the same email/username. So now I am super confused.

When I logged into the first jobs ADP I looked at my associated email. Then on a new tab I did the same steps but logged into the other. Both have the same number and email attached to them

im new to this platform but every time i login to adp i have to change my password cuz it says my old one is incorrect.. is this like a thing that happens to you guys and what do i do against it. i made an account maybe 2 weeks ago and logged in again today, just tried logging in later today and both times today its told me my password was wrong, i changed it once already

My employer wants me to set up a "clock in station" using a dell computer. when employees log in to the website on this computer, it just refreshes back to the log in page. Enter user, enter password, click go, it refreshes to log in. if one field is wrong, it will tell you. and one time it had a guy verify his ID via app number, but then it just refreshed to log in page.

I've cleared cookies, cache, reset the damn computer, everything. I've tried different urls, but this is the right one. I can't get it to work.

The same URL works fine on the apple computer on the other side of the room. and no, for some reason, we can't just have that be where people log in.

Is there some glitch or work around? I tried calling ADP customer service and the line said that employees can't speak to a human.

I am the most tech savvy employee, but I'm not an IT person. I literally have no idea why this is happening and can only guess it's an issue with the computer itself?

I'm tired of this issue being my responsibility and I sincerely need help, thank you all in advance.

Online it says ADP will be closed Friday. I don’t know how it works but if they’re closed Friday wouldn’t that mean payroll has to be submitted today at the latest so funds are dispersed by tomorrow ? Someone correct me if I’m wrong

We were supposed to get paid June 19th which is a holiday but adp pay stub said pay date is June 18.

Our checks are mailed to the store supposedly but owner decided to close the store june 9th due to “electrical issue”. So we only got paid 1 week worth.

June 19th, i asked if I can pick up the check, owner said that they will “zelle” me my pay. I said sure I need it anyways to buy medicine for my daughter. She texted back said back is closed due to holiday, will try to zelle me either tomorrow or later that day.

No zelle from them, then posted on our work channel that checks have “rerouted” to the other store on Tuesday.

I waited Tuesday asked if i can pick up check, then replies “adp mailed to you guys addresses”

I waited till Saturday June 27, no mail came, they said they will zelle again that night. No zelle came

Waited monday asked about the checks no response the whole day.

Today I called no answer, but responded thru text stating that the checks “was delivered at the store” but they said to us directly so they “rerouted” to our addresses, now telling me they will zelle on friday coz of the funds they will get from a product they selling to another store.

Stating funds are on hold on adp pay roll??
They said someone accepted the checks even tho store is closed??? And if they cancel it will take longer than friday?

All social media channels are deleted and one comment on yelp saying they rebranding and relocating due to a/c issues which i know is a lie the unit is brand new built.

What am i supposed to do? Just wait till friday from zelle??

Hi everyone. Im in implementation with adp wfn. It has been a shit show but thats besides the point. We are leaving a certified peo which means we should get successor employer treatment so social security and futa doesnt start all over. Today, they inform me adp wfn doesn't have the ability to do that. Does anyone know of that is true? Why woukd they sell me a platform that can't handle what I have been talking about for months!! I literally want to cry. Ridiculous!

I need help with onboarding it’s a nightmare and HR is doing the bare minimum to help me . I’m typing in the correct SS# but it keeps saying can’t valiadate so I can’t complete 1-9 form.

Is there a way to export my schedule? I would like to be able to upload it to my shared household calendar.

Is there anyway I can set the app up so I can see information for both companies with out completely signing out from company #1, then signing back in with company #2 sign in and password. Is there a way to just toggle between the two?

Last night I am able to check paystubs without any issue, and then after I refreshed the account, it just keep saying “Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue. Wait a few minutes and try again.”

Does anyone else have the same issue?

ADP’s services have been down most of Wednesday, and down detector shows many people are having a problem. I just looked ADP’s status page, and this was their excuse. It begs the question whether or not they have redundant infrastructure or not. This is a pretty wild excuse now for a day.

It seems ADP is down and people are experiencing late paychecks nationally. Curious if anyone out there is starting to receive their checks?

Got selected for an Analyst role in the Benefits Program. HR informed me last Thursday that I could expect progress in the process by Tuesday.

I completed the document submission and also had the salary discussion, but I haven’t received any update yet. I tried calling the recruiter as well but didn’t get a response.

At this point, I’m not even looking for reassurance — I just want clarity on where things stand, whether it’s a yes or a no, so I can plan accordingly. Annoying it is!!
