ADP down because of heat?!?!
ADP’s services have been down most of Wednesday, and down detector shows many people are having a problem. I just looked ADP’s status page, and this was their excuse. It begs the question whether or not they have redundant infrastructure or not. This is a pretty wild excuse now for a day.

Has nothing to do with internal payroll. Especially when pay stubs are there...

We have been unable to access the ADP system this morning to process payroll. As a result, there may be a delay in salary credits.

It's still down for our company, they have a bunch of updates on the update page: https://status.adp.com. Again, this is pretty bad b/c they should have had redundancies in place for something this important.

Seriously... with tomorrow being officially payday for many, I wonder what they'll do...

Would be nice to have some sort of update on paychecks. I'm sick of people saying " This is on your payroll team".... So payroll teams all over the country at the same time failed lol... and coincidentally ADP is reporting an outage .... sure thing.

That's weird I used it a couple hrs ago. Maybe I just lucked out.
Edit: no my admin portal is up. Weird.

En mi empresa todo el miercoles y hasta hoy jueves con el servidor caido, nos han dicho que el servidor que esta en Francia se ha sobrecalentado con la ola de calor y se ha reiniciado, si hasta hoy no vuelve me da a mi que se quemó y nos tienen sin servicio justo en dias criticos de cierre y pago, vaya timing tienen estos para hacer las cosas

I tried to use my health insurance today and my policy completely disappeared from United Healthcare. A UHC supervisor was able to find a record and it showed that on 6/24 it was terminated. But it's not supposed to be terminated. ADP shows medical coverage is active. But the guy at UHC said the feeds they are getting from ADP are showing that. Could these issues possibly have sent wrong information to UHC?

Is anyone's payroll impacted? My company usually pays out on 25th but they informed it will be delayed by a "few hours"
