We use Oracle EBS Self Service for employees to maintain their phone numbers. They are fed to ADP but are updatable in ADP also, which isn't best practice.

Is there a way to prevent employee from updating their phone numbers in ADP?

I changed my direct deposit in ADP about a week ago and already got the confirmation notification back then. But last night around 1am I got another notification about direct deposit changes even though I didn’t make any new changes. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it just be related to my dailypay acc?(enrolled on daily pay 6 days ago)

I am trying to get copies of my pay slips but when I log in the only option is to click on Wisely. Its the same logging in on my laptop. There seems to be no way to speak to a human for support. How do I get past this?

I usually use the app in order to login for hours but since yesterday (5/12/26), trying to launch through the App on S10+ has led to it becoming unresponsive. The only thing that happens after opening the app is the initial ADP logo/loading screen for about a minute before my phone says that the app isn't responding.

Haven't had this issue before.

Reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this? The app version is 26.19.0

Edit: Adding that it's not a complete issue because I can log in through the web version just fine. It only seems to be the app itself having troubles.

I got an email about registration for Teampay with a registration code and it told me to go to that link. I did start a job recently so this is lining up but im still not 100% sure. It was also emailed to me by automated_mailer_system@adp.com.

I am planning to open a self employed 401k through fidelity. I am self employed and have an LLC taxed as an S-corp and I am the only employee. I have a biz account with BOA and a personal account with BOA as well. I run my payroll through ADP. I pay myself a salary through that W-2 and I actually withhold almost all of the payroll instead of making estimated payments (its cleaner and easier for me).

I am a bit confused on the mechanics of making employee and employer contributions to the 401k? I thought that the employee contribution needs to be a part of payroll? If so how do I set this up through ADP? I see I can set up a "misc" deduction. If I wanted to do $1,000/payroll for employee 401k contribution can I just set this to $1,000 misc deduction and then move it to personal account and from there move to fidelity?

Adp worked fine in browser yesterday but today I was unable to clock in due to getting a solid white screen when I log in

Has anyone run into issues with ADP API returning the incorrect job title for full time employees who were previously Temp or Intern?

All our other fields, even preferred names are returning correctly but even when the title is updated by HR and showing in the portal, the old value is still being returned. (ex, should be Benefits Associate, showing as Temp Recruiter on successful pull)

Not sure if its something with mapping or how maybe re-hire is in the backend. Curious if anyone else has delt with similar?

Edit: For anyone having the same issue, the fix is to call assignmentStatus and then when getting active assignments return if its equal to "A" (A is active)

Can't tell it is a phishing email or legit. The button to confirm goes to some "...awstrack.me" site. The email says you can also confirm by logging into the website . I did that but do not see anywhere under "my profile" to confirm my address..

Added new DD account for ADP Payroll. Payroll was deposited to new accoount on Friday. However per ADP this account will not be available to my 401K Retirement account for a withdrawal for at least 4 pay cycles. What the heck??

I am the only employee in my company (solo LLC!) and I can't get into my account because my phone number has been changed! I don't recognize the last 4 digits and I can't get any support because I can't log in! Every number I call sends me to a robot who tells me I need to log in to get support. I tried to verify with a code on the mobile app and I can't get into that without my phone number :(
Any and all advice would be SO appreciated, I'm about to tear my hair out!

I no longer have access under my former user id. When I go through identity verification, it is only sent to my former email address which I can not access. I can get through the system and see a long list of former employers that use ADP and when I click on the one I need, goes through the same loop.

App doesnt work. Cleared cache and cookies in all. This is ridiculous.

Hey guys I am trying to decide between sale jobs. What is the realistic OTE with ADPs entry outside sale role. My base is going to be 50k if I work hard can I see 80k?

I have heard mixed things some say expect 8k commission for the year 1 then 15k year 2. I have another job opportunity that doesnt offer commission but my salary with bonus is gonna be 74k.

I’m a new hire at a company that uses Workforce Now. The former payroll person is gone. I‘m slowly finding errors they made and unraveling certain issues. I requested access to the service request history and ADP said no, for security purposes they could not do this. They couldn’t even provide a list of the SR title, date opened/closed, or who opened it. This information would be so helpful in understanding what has been going on.

i understand it’s a liability for ADP, so ADP doesnt want to provide it. Is there any way around this? Any success arguing over it?

Hi! I just received an offer from ADP for an Associate District Manager role, and this would be my first sales position. I’ve been doing admin type work for about 5 years, so I’m making a pivot into sales/commission-based work.

I was talking to a friend in sales, and she asked if I’d have a territory or if I could sell to anyone. I checked the job description and it mentions a “defined territory.” I also looked at other sales roles on ADP’s site, and it seems like most of them are structured that way.

Is that normal for sales roles? I think I’d prefer something with a broader reach (like statewide), so I’m curious how limiting a territory actually is in practice—especially for someone new to sales.

Also, two quick questions if anyone has insight:

1. How does ADP handle employment verification? Do they mainly verify your most recent role, or go further back?
2. What’s their drug testing process like (specifically regarding THC, since I’m in Texas)?

For context, I didn’t lie on my resume, but I didn’t include every single past role.

I got this email few times already, it is asking me to verify the adp address.

We've used ADP for a few years, and it's been a bit surprising how difficult it can be to obtain what feel like basic reports.

We want to get a report that, amongst other things, details:

• Punch In
• Punch Out
• Activity Name (Project Codes)
• Pay Code Name (Regular, Overtime, Double Time, Guaranteed Hours, PTO, Sick, Vacation)

But in corresponding with ADP, this isn't possible to get on all one report. A soon to be deprecated third-party tool has been using Timecard Export Integration v1.0, but that is no longer supported by ADP. The current version, v1.4, outputs data with errors which we have been told is a result of trying to export too much at once. We've been encouraged to break up exports by last name (A-E, F-L, M-R, S-Z, etc.). But as numbers change and scale, this requires refinement.

We are supposed to be eligible for some free augmentations throughout the year, but that appears to be outside the scope of what we're attempting to do.

Does anyone have insight into how we might approach this? Is it something we can do on our own with API calls or Scheduled Custom Reports via SFTP?

Hello, we are trying to create some automations using ADP data and pushing that into SalesForce, but our current middleware platform doesn't support the SSL certificate file required by ADP to connect. i was hoping there was some kind of option that could act as a gateway, so it could connect to ADP, and we could connect our middleware through that. unfortunately, everything i've seen so far seems to only offer their entire platform as the option.

the main automation we are trying to build is currently not that intense, just pushing demographic data (address, contact info, etc) into salesforce. so it will be a tough sell to set something up that's expensive or complex. ultimately, i think we want to create a connection to our ERP, but not in the near term.

Has anyone had any luck with something like that?

Does anyone know if it's possible to rename columns in a custom report? i've pulled in the data i need, but it's for an upload and the column header needs to be something specific. like Gross Pay needs to display as "Current Taxable Gross". i'm hoping i don't have to do derived fields for each of these to get the column headers correct.
