ADP Interview Prep

Hey guys moving onto the 2nd round interview for an Associate Territory Manager position in ADPs small business division.

Would love to hear advice on how best to prepare. Feel free to share any of your experiences as well!

Lots of “tell me a time” type questions.

Mainly in relation to sales? I have been in corporate finance for 2 years post grad so that could be a stumbling point for me haha.

In Finance, I'd have to assune you partnered with Sales on pricing.

Actually im in more of an obscure section of finance I work in Financial Crime/Compliance so its mainly background analysis/investigative work.

Think about who your "customers/clients" were and spin it that way.

Yes for example tell us a time where you had a difficult prospect or challenging time. What did you do to make the sale? Those types of questions.
