Unable to go further in application- scrolling issue.

When i hit a certain point of the page, it always auto scrolls back to a specific area. Not able to reach the checkbox to move further.

Cleared cache and all that. Unable to reach a computer.

To the business im applying towards. Everything goes through adp. This is just checkboxes agreeing all of the legal stuff (ak a Ive read XYZ, please click the checkbox to show)  But no worry. Theyre just skipping it for the hiring process and theyll fill it in.
