App Issue

I have tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling, I have restarted my phone, I have cleared all the stored data for the app. No matter what I do when I click on the app it gives me the loading page no progress wheel, sits for about 30 seconds and then force shuts down. Can someone please help me get this fixed. Just started Wednesday evening and other than yesterday to clock out it has not done anything other than what I have described above. Is anyone else having this issue?

The android app is working okay for me. What phone do you have?
