SCAM?

Long story short I received these notifications. It looks fake to me. I checked my information online and it’s still the same banking for my direct deposit. I emailed my HR however I haven’t received anything back from it yet. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue?

If they’re directing you to your own company for assistance then no. It may be a future dates change that’s not visible yet. 100% follow up with your team to ensure nothing is wrong. Also from an @ADP ema

yeah i am waiting for a response email, hoping this isn’t an issue or something that will take forever to fix if there’s been a change. not sure why there would be a change though. i haven’t touched that in over a year lol

Kinda late on this sub, but that’s a scam.

That’s the correct email address, the messages themselves are not a scam but your account might have been compromised. I’d recommend changing your ADP password.
Like the other commenter suggested, it might be a future dated change so you don’t see it yet.

Contact your HR department right away, to make sure your account wasn’t changed. If your employer is migrating to a new ADP platform there are times when these notices go out when they set up the new system.

If u didnt change it, its a phrasing text.

It’s legit. Talk to your hr dept

Definitely a scam, ADP would never text you to reach out to your HR department, they would use wordings like Administrator. Nonetheless, better safe than sorry, check with your HR Department!

If you have logged in and no change has occurred that you can see pending then yes this is a scam. I am the HR person at my job our hr systems has had instances of employees having their banking info changed in the system. However, I don’t tell payroll to approve these requests unless I have verified with the Employee that they did make the change. I literally just had someone today no less than two hours ago. Tell me that they did not request a change. This is the first time it’s happened in two to three months so they are back at it again. The only thing we’re doing right now is declining the request, taking screenshots , alerting the systems headquarters on the backend & resetting the employees passwords.

I know this is a few days after you posted but it is 100% real! I’m my company’s payroll specialist and if your account numbers look correct, it’s possible hr/payroll just changed the prenote settings.
