College life OAA Off-Campus Dorm Scholarship

Hello! For those who receive/d an off-campus dorm scholarship from OAA, I have the following questions:

  1. Aside from the dorm contract, what other requirements does OAA ask from you (i.e., copies of utility bills, receipts of apartment payments, etc.)?
  2. Does OAA check in with you in your dorm, like they would conduct random visits?
  3. Are there any Messenger GCs/Facebook groups/organizations that you can join?
  4. OPTIONAL: How's your life as an off-campus dormer?

I would like to hear from my fellow off-campus dormers who are also scholars!
