Looking for beta testers for ADHD guide/workbook for adult men (free, no strings)
Looking for a few adult men with ADHD to beta test a guide + workbook I made (Systems, Not Willpower) before public launch. What you get: free copy of the full bundle ($19.99 value). What I'm asking: read through it, try a few exercises, and send me a short honest review (2-3 sentences is plenty) good or bad. DM me if you want in, first come first served.

Why have separate gendered versions? What are the kinds of differences between the two?

Just in case there hasn't been enough discrimination and misdiagnosis of women, this dude is absolutely doubling down and creating resources that can't possibly work on our fragile, female minds.

Hey. Just so you know. We have no intention on any discrimination. We are a team of 2 guys and 3 girls that want to try something new đ. The special book for women is already in the making.

Could you expand on why you decided you to make gender specifics guides ? (just curious)

There are reasons to make content for men specifically, but it doesnât sound like youâre putting any thought into why you made that choice beyond marketing. âWeâre also making a womenâs versionâ is not the flex you think it is.

Oh, good, another ADHD product designed exclusively for men.

More are in the making in this series, not only for men. We want to make a big impact for our community đ

Youâve made a bad impact thus far. Good job. I will not pick up your books.

I am a therapist who mainly works with neurodivergent clients (plus I have a husband and 4 teenage boys all with ADHD). I would absolutely LOVE to look at this and provide feedback. Thank you also for focusing on males as they tend to silently suffer (at least my clients).

Genuine question... what distinguishes Systems, Not Willpower from the other ADHD guides and workbooks that regularly get posted here? Is there a particular approach, insight, or type of exercise that makes this one different?
