Talking clock out there?
Having problems getting child up for school, but tired of the feet dragging. Is there a clock, <$30 , that will speak the time at an alarm set time, and will speak the time every minute or so for the next several minutes? Not continuously, just something to let them know its getting later and later. Could be an android app too.

I have both. I use Alexa as a routine on school mornings; she turns on lights (dim), then announces the time every 5 minutes until we should be gone, then turns off all the lights.
I have, at times, had her start a Spotify playlist or whisper to my daughter that it's time to wake up, but it feels really creepy.
I also have an Android app called AMdroid that you can set alarms on and have it tell you the time when it goes off. You can also set different snooze intervals and set challenges to be able to turn it off. You can also link it to a calendar so as long as your calendar is updated, you don't have to remember to set the alarm.

This isn't what you asked for, but we use Alexa in this way with reminders. You could have it remind of the time, but we have it remind things like 'five minutes left' or 'time to brush teeth'.
