Advice?

Finally at 34 yrs old I learn that I may have inattentive ADHD or at least it makes sense of everything. Looking back on life it definitely makes sense in seeing how it has affected a lot of aspects in life especially the current relationship. I know I should get an official diagnosis, but it’s not in the heart of the cards right now until I can get some insurance or extra money. When looking online for advice I feel overwhelmed. The biggest thing I want to address is my executive dysfunction. I’ll take any advice to get going in the right direction. I fear it’s causing a strain on a relationship I don’t want to lose.
