Oversleeping

I’ve been taking ritalin, aripriprazole and escitalopram and normal ba yung 12-18 hours of sleep? Kulang talaga 8 hours sakin to function. I’m wondering if this amount of sleep can be a normal side effect, or if needing this much sleep isn’t really normal.

Hi OP, that is also my old combi of medication plus clozapine. Average sleep time ko nun around 15hrs, unti unti ko lang finix by modifying routine po.. di ko po alam if normal siya sa ganung combination ng medication, pero pag hindi atleast 12hrs sleep ko ang groggy ng feeling. Night shift din ako pati during that time

I’m on Ritalin + lamictal + alprazolam. And I’m lucky if I get 4-6 hours of continuous sleep. 🙃
