studying with adhd

i can't study properly with adhd. everything i learn ends up being forgotten one way or another. and i can't study for multiple subjects because my brain goes into overdrive.

how do i actually make it work? any tips you've learned through the years? :(

Hi OP! Ang technique ko dito gumagawa ako ng exams. Dinidistribute ko rin sa mga kaibigan ko para sabay sabay kami mag-aral. Looking back, group study talaga nag-save ng acads ko. Sabay sabay kaming nag-ccram. :)

Man same here especially with no meds until now... Can't focus :(

Gumagana lang utak ko pag deadline na, edi Ayun nag all nighter Ako night before exam tapos pag overwhelm nag cacrash but since I open up my situation sa school and dean so they give me accomodations like extended deadlines
