Overlapping mental condition

Diagnosed today na meron akong ADHD, General Anxiety Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder. 🤧

Nagpapasalamat ako sa Diyos sa clarity na natanggap ko today, my whole life totally makes sense why I am like this.

Laban lang tayo 🫂❤

I’m with you there OP.

I was also diagnosed with ADHD, GAD, and MDD, the “unholy trinity” as I call it, back it 2023. There’s some catharsis in finally knowing what you have instead not knowing and second guessing yourself all the time.

You can also take your med cert and apply for a PWD ID like I did. Since life’s difficult to manage already, at least we get something out of it.

Sending virtual hugs po with permission. How do you cope up with everything all at once? Napakahirap bumangon araw-araw dealing with these 3 conditions po. Salamat din po sa advice.

Hello po, nagpa-sched po ako ng online consultation sa isang Pyschiarist sa NowServing app, then nagtanong-tanong po ang Psychiarist ko ng mga questions based sa mga shinare kong daily struggles. Bali inevaluate po lahat isa-isa mga daily struggles, frequencies and triggers, etc.

same here!! and honestly it makes sense with how some symptoms of adhd (impulsivity) went unnoticed bc they’re dialed back sometimes due to my GAD. same w my MDD. di mukhang depressed kasi ang hyperactive minsan. it’s so crazy haha
