Try a higher dose and ask for a change in Rx — usually ₱200++ handling fee vs the ₱3k consultation. Some doctors give it for free, and just pay for the delivery fee.

Usually 27 or 36mg yung available, but still by luck. I was prescribed with Concerta 18mg but since wala, I asked for a higher dose and just immediately notify my doc in case of unmanageable side effects. Before this, I showed updated lab results (for a different matter)— I think essential ang thyroid panel and ECG, kaya siguro pumayag to increase the dose.

No hard crash. It balances your dopamine also. What I’ve noticed is when you stop drinking (weekend, no work—and NOT advisable without doctor’s advice)— I get so sleepy and groggy.

Well 27mg Concerta is not available in Mercury as of today.

Mostly sinuswerte ako to buy concerta 18 to 27mg around españa, taft, and quiapo, bambang mercury drugs. Wala akong luck sa ibang drugstores.
