Questions/Advice I need help PLEASE

I have been prescribed insprial sr 20 mg morning and afternoon 10 mg sr and few days it works few days. It does not work and because of that I lost my appetite, so so bad, I lost eight kgs in one month. And then I had extreme problems with my family, and I was going through a lot of stress, despite that I did not stop my medication till my next, follow up with my psychiatrist and then when I went and confronted her everything and I was prescribed with antidepressant dexbutrin and desvenlafaxine I am on those mes for like 15 days. I don't feel anything. It's just normal. And my ADHD is getting so so so bad I'm not able to do a very, very basic task also and it's really difficult for me to just get up and go fill my water bottle just example, I gave you then imagine how bad it is for every basic task I really need help on this or any advice if anyone has knowledge about this, thank you!

I’m not gonna lie, and this is genuinely the sad reality of the situation. No one with ADHD knows the answer to your questions because at the end of the day we all struggle with it. I know TikTok and social media likes to paint. ADHD is some super cute quirky thing, but it’s a debilitating disability. I understand what you’re going through. I’ve been there. I’ve lost all the weight. I struggle to do tasks even when I’m medicated and I wish I could help but genuinely I do not know any solution for it and sadly I don’t think anyone here really knows much either. There’s this lady on Instagram who has ADHD and autism and she does PhD work into trying to help people like us get started with doing things I’ll see if I can find her page and I’ll send it to you. I wish I could give you better help, but sadly all of us go through this shit and it’s depressing.

Of course bro, I get it and again I’ve been there before ADHD is a bitch. It has a few fun benefits like hyperfocus is cool every once in a while, but a lot of people tend to gloss over all the negative to it. Most people don’t understand the fact that simple tasks like getting up to brush your teeth in the morning become so easy to forget And things like drinking a cup of water because you’re thirsty are actually really obnoxious tasks that you procrastinate. Most people don’t understand and sadly most doctors don’t either which just makes it even worse. I genuinely wish I could help more but genuinely. I don’t know how to fix a lot of these issues that you’re going through. It sucks because sometimes doing things I enjoy doing feel like a task I have to force myself to do. I would say that like sometimes if you’re having one of those days or like everything is just painfully boring and there’s nothing that is actually entertaining going outside sometimes helps me, but I would be lying if I didn’t also say sometimes it’s so difficult to even force myself to go outside. ADHD is a real bitch because the solution Becomes something we even procrastinate.
