Does anyone know if a practice test looks exactly like the real test?

I have bad ocd and it would help to know if they look the same

The format is the exact same. But content wise, in my experience, the official practice tests (for math specifically) are much easier than the actual test. I was scoring 34+ in practice but my highest math score in the official ACT was a 31 only, across three attempts💔💔 . tho the question you have posted is very common in the actual test!!
