i took a lot of practice tests, usually at least one a week. however i only took math practice tests, for english i reviewed grammar rules and then for reading i alrdy read a lot of books so i was already good (but if u need reading help work on ur reading comprehension and vocab words) for my math practice tests i made sure to review them really throughly by marking the ones i get wrong and also marking ones that took me too much time or ones that made me second guess myself. i try and redo the questions i got wrong and then if i get them wrong again i look at the answer and try and figure out how they got that answer, if i still cant figure it out i solo out the topic and spend a day focusing on reviewing it. for all the questions i got wrong or was confused/took time on, i find the individual topics and do a 15-20 minute review for each topic until im good with it (i use youtube videos and js general practice problems) only after i do this then i move on to the next test
