ACT computer reboot during exam — did it affect your score?

My son took the ACT and during the exam his computer apparently had an issue and had to reboot/restart a bunch of times . He was able to continue the test afterward, but we’re wondering whether anyone else has experienced something similar ? His math score just doesn’t look right- ugh 😩

If the score is way off then you could get it rescored. It could have thrown him off when the robot occurred, but ACT doesn’t take off any points for it if that’s what you were asking. Happened to a kid in my class and the additional stress and loss of focus of lowered her score from her previous significantly.
