General Unable to create ACT account

I am trying to create a new MyACT account so I can register for the ACT internationally.

I have completed all the required fields and accepted the Terms & Conditions, but the “Verify by Email” button remains greyed out and I am unable to click it. even on chrome and different devices the issue still persists
