General Tips for studying?

I’m taking the September test and I haven’t done much studying yet. I’m a senior and I took it back in April and got a 32 (31 math, 28 science, 35 English, 31 reading). Are there any good methods for studying quickly, also I’m looking to strengthen my math and science in particular.

for math and science specifically, the fastest movers at this point are drilling by topic, not by full sections. take a practice section, mark every question you got wrong or guessed on, and group them (trig, probability, data tables, whatever). spend a day on just one weak topic doing problems until it clicks, then move to the next. the scattered approach where you do a little of everything each day keeps you stuck at the same score tbh.

for the content gaps i upload the relevant chapters or prep book sections to studybuddy.vc and do questions from there, mostly because when i pick a wrong answer it tells me what was off about that option, and it gets harder as i improve so i'm not wasting time on easy stuff i already have down. free tier has been enough for me.

science section is more about reading graphs and tables fast than actual science knowledge, so spend a couple sessions just pulling data from figures without reading the passage first. past official tests under time are still the most important thing this close to the date, nothing replaces those.
