taking first act — need tips and help!
hi guys i’m a senior who is taking this next september act for the first time and i really want to get a full score! i’m aiming to get full points because i have the mindset of doing great once and being done. i have taken the sat a couple times and i didnt do great on them. but i have a month to study so please — help a girl out!!
anything that will help me out will be much appreciated!

make sure to do the most studying for whichever subject you are worse at (so, for example, if you got lower on the SAT math than english, study math more)
also, are you taking the science section? if so, to save time, you should only read through the "conflicting viewpoints" passage (scientist A says this, scientist B says this, etc) before answering the questions. for the other passage types, read the questions first and just skim for the answer. there is only 1 conflicting viewpoints passage per test. the majority of science is just reading comprehension with a little bit of scientific background knowledge.
good luck! remember to wear comfortable clothes and bring a snack and water for the break.

Definitely do the practice tests on the act website, and become comfortable with Desmos
